D&D Miniature

I have given up my career to become a stay-at-home mom. For all of you stay-at-home moms out there CONGRATULATIONS! This is hard work! Anyway, I have started many new hobbies, one of which is painting miniature figurines for the game Dungeons and Dragons. I don't play the game much, but my fiance does play and he works third shift so he doesn't have the time to paint the miniature figurines used in the game. I am a crafter anyway so I love to paint.

There are many different sets of D&D miniatures that you can buy. There are plastic and pewter and some even come already painted. I prefer the pewter and I am currently working on an army of skeletons. There are also a variety of sizes that you can buy. These pieces are used in the game of D&D for battle scenes or some people use them just to travel. It's a good visual aid and it really helped me to understand how the game was played. So if you're just learning the game, I would also recommend to use the Minis.
